The situation
Onboarding a new carrier meant emailing a packet by hand, waiting, re-sending, reading the documents that came back and ringing around for the rest. The one document that mattered most, the certificate of insurance, was being accepted from the party with the strongest reason to alter it.
What we built
A desk that generates the packet, watches the replies, classifies each document and follows up for whatever is missing. Insurance evidence is requested directly from the issuer, and a copy forwarded by the carrier never passes. Coverage rules are deterministic, with a visible pass or fail, and approval remains one click by a member of staff.
